Gram Staining Challenges and Difficulties

Laboratories today face numerous challenges that make the work burdensome and inefficient. From the pressure to deliver rapid diagnostic results in a short time to maintaining result quality under conditions of limited modern equipment, everything can directly affect performance.

sai sót

High Error Rate

Difficulty in controlling chemicals leads to errors and misinterpretation of results.

thời gian chậm

Slow Sample Processing Time

Manual operations cause delays and inconsistency, affecting testing progress.

Labor Waste

Manual staff training is costly and increases operational expenses.

hạn chế mở rộng quy mô

Limited Scalability

The number of slides that can be processed manually is limited, making it difficult to meet high demand.

Biological Safety Risks

Manual operations increase the risk of cross-contamination and biohazards.

Inconsistent Results

Differences in individual skills make the process difficult to standardize.

The Automated Slide Stainer is a device that replaces the traditional manual Gram staining method. It quickly and accurately classifies bacteria into Gram-positive (purple) and Gram-negative (pink or red).

The machine can process dozens of specimens simultaneously, ensuring uniform slides with fresh reagents, minimizing technician-dependent errors and the risk of infection. This solution supports preliminary bacterial identification in medicine, optimizing diagnosis and appropriate antibiotic selection.
