In the coming period, the two sides will jointly organize specialized reports and scientific seminars to give students a more practical perspective on the profession. Lintech will also open its doors for students to visit, undertake internships, and, when recruitment needs arise, will prioritize connecting with candidates from the university for both part-time and full-time positions. In addition, the two parties plan to collaborate on scientific research, and, if conditions permit, Lintech will consider awarding scholarships to outstanding students.

Beyond the formal signing content, the two sides also took time during the ceremony to discuss further possibilities for expanding cooperation. With its strengths in biotechnology in general and molecular biology testing in particular, Lintech JSC hopes to create opportunities for students to practice directly on advanced technological equipment, thereby further developing practical skills. On the part of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, the institution also shared its current difficulties and challenges, while jointly discussing development directions so that training remains closely linked to practice and produces a high-quality workforce for the biotechnology industry.

For Lintech, this is not merely a formal signed document. Vietnam’s Biotechnology sector still requires a large number of well-trained young professionals, and accompanying students early while they are still in university is a way for the company both to contribute to the overall development of the industry and to build its own long-term successor workforce.
