Job Description

  • Survey, prospect, and develop new customers for the supply of medical equipment, focusing on molecular biology, pathology, genetic analysis, microbiology, and hematology;
  • Monitor market changes and competitive product performance
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with set targets and company direction.
  • Manage, train, and develop the sales team.
  • Supervise daily performance and work quality of sales staff.
  • Oversee bidding activities, tender participation, contract signing, and implementation of supply contracts for equipment and products to hospitals and medical centers.
  • Track contract progress, resolve related issues, and manage customer receivables/debt control.
  • Prepare periodic reports to senior leadership on business results and improvement plans.
  • Other assigned tasks, to be discussed further during the interview.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position in sales of medical reagents, medical equipment, laboratory chemicals, or laboratory services; priority for IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry experience.
  • University degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Testing, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy/Medicine.
  • Experience in hospital tendering/bidding and developing the medical equipment market.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, team building, and ability to work with senior partners.
  • Able to read and understand specialized documents in English; good English communication skills;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
