Job Description
- Survey, prospect, and develop new customers for the supply of medical equipment, focusing on molecular biology, pathology, genetic analysis, microbiology, and hematology;
- Monitor market changes and competitive product performance
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with set targets and company direction.
- Manage, train, and develop the sales team.
- Supervise daily performance and work quality of sales staff.
- Oversee bidding activities, tender participation, contract signing, and implementation of supply contracts for equipment and products to hospitals and medical centers.
- Track contract progress, resolve related issues, and manage customer receivables/debt control.
- Prepare periodic reports to senior leadership on business results and improvement plans.
- Other assigned tasks, to be discussed further during the interview.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position in sales of medical reagents, medical equipment, laboratory chemicals, or laboratory services; priority for IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry experience.
- University degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Testing, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy/Medicine.
- Experience in hospital tendering/bidding and developing the medical equipment market.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, team building, and ability to work with senior partners.
- Able to read and understand specialized documents in English; good English communication skills;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
